We don't sell it
We do not sell your data, and we do not hand it to third parties for advertising. Some third parties process data on our behalf to run the site; each is listed here.
No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels
No advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. When you use the goFrigg app, goFrigg keeps anonymized visit counts on its own servers, and product analytics and error reporting run through named third parties.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to give you your guides, your upkeep calendar, and your documents:
- The things you tell us you own, so we can tailor guides and your calendar.
- Your guide progress and any tasks you add, so you can pick up where you left off.
- Documents you choose to upload (manuals, notes, and receipts), visible only to you.
- Your account email, used to sign you in and to answer requests you send us.
- Anonymized, server-side counts of page visits to understand what's useful. In the goFrigg app, not on this site.
Checkout and billing run on Stripe's hosted pages, so goFrigg never sees or stores your card number. We keep your plan, billing status and transaction identifiers. We do not collect government IDs or sensitive personal data. When you create an account, sign-in is handled by our authentication provider; we never see or store your password.
How you stay in control
- Edit what you own and what's saved any time from My Things.
- This site counts visits and link clicks with PostHog unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. Turn that off for your browser, and for the goFrigg app in the same browser, with the analytics choice on our privacy choices page.
- Delete your account or your data with our privacy request form, or email legal@gofrigg.com, we'll take care of it promptly.
Where your data lives
Your data is stored in a secured database hosted in the United States. The third parties that help us run the site, and what each one receives, are listed on our third-party services page. The full detail is in our Privacy & Terms.

Tracking Technologies and Privacy Choices Notice
What these technologies are for
goFrigg and companies that help us operate the Services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, link parameters, and similar technologies. We use these technologies for defined purposes, not simply because the technology is available.

6.1 Privacy Choices
Where applicable, the goFrigg Privacy Choices page will let users exercise legally required opt-outs for covered sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar processing. goFrigg will also honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required by law. Device permissions, browser controls, and third-party retailer settings may provide additional controls.
6.2 Affiliate destinations
When you leave goFrigg for a retailer or provider, that destination may set or read its own cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices. goFrigg does not control a third party's website or app after you navigate away from goFrigg.
6.3 Just-in-time notice for precise location
Use your location for local conditions? This helps goFrigg provide weather, seasonal, and location-specific recommendations. You can change this later in your device or goFrigg privacy settings.
