Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Scout is free and never asks for a card. You only add payment details if you decide to move up to a paid plan.
Can I switch or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Change or cancel your plan under 'Billing' in your goFrigg account. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Nothing you have entered is deleted, and you can download a copy of your data at any time. If you come back later, everything is waiting for you.
What counts as a thing?
A thing is anything you want looked after: a home, a vehicle, a boat, an RV, a cabin, or anything in storage.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually and handled securely through Stripe. Paying annually works out cheaper per month than paying month to month.
What do I get with the free Scout plan?
Scout is free and includes all guides, articles and checklists, a basic profile for your things, estimated value ranges, and vehicle recall alerts.
Cancel any time. No contract. Billed securely via Stripe.
If you cancel or move to a lower plan, nothing you have entered is deleted, and you can download a copy of your data at any time.
